Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on mjhrzw-if.myshopify.com, operated by Brosak LTD.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and selected other countries. Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more (or the equivalent in your local currency). Below that amount, standard shipping costs a flat $5 (or the local equivalent), shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Order processing: orders are prepared on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time: 5–8 working days to Europe and the UK, 6–10 working days to the United States and Canada, and longer to other destinations.
Tracking: once your order leaves our facility you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It can take a short time for the first tracking scan to appear.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather and peak periods can extend them.

Order changes and address errors

If you need to change or cancel an order, or you notice a mistake in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at saidsakkaoui3@outlook.com. We will always try to help, but once an order has been dispatched we can no longer amend it. We are not able to cover the cost of parcels lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient; they are not included in the price you pay us.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several working days, or the estimated delivery window has passed, email us at saidsakkaoui3@outlook.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
